Hebrew Lessons

Deepen your Hebrew with a gender-expansive lens.

Hebrew 2 is perfect for those who can sound out Hebrew (or took Beginning Hebrew!) and want to go further—building real reading, grammar, and vocabulary skills, all enriched with a regular garnish of genderqueer linguistics. People of all genders and backgrounds are warmly welcome!

In this class, we’ll explore:

  • Essential Hebrew grammar (beyond the basics)

  • Expanded vocabulary for everyday reading and conversation

  • Reading short texts with support and guidance

  • Ways Hebrew continues to evolve through feminist, trans, and non-binary creativity

Whether you’re returning to Hebrew or ready to move past the alef-bet, this course offers a supportive and inclusive environment to grow your skills.
